IRONMAN 70.3 Panama is a sporting event of international stature that places Panama on the world triathlon sports map. Don’t miss the opportunity to swim in the waters of the Panama Canal, take a bike route between the old city and the modern city of Panama, and run with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.

On March 30, 2025, the Ironman 70.3 will arrives in Panama. It is characterized by swimming 1900 m, cycling 90 km and running 21 km at a moderate intensity and the duration of the event is usually between 3.5 and 6 hours, depending on the level of the athlete.
